My 5010 has had starting issues. It will work fine for a while and then one morning when I turn the key I just get a buzzing (fast clicking) sound and irratic dash lights. It continues to make the sound for about 5 seconds after I turn the key off. Sometimes it will start a few hours later, other times it may be a day or 2 before it starts. I have checked the battery, grounding, starter and replaced one of the relays. I don't have a dealer anywhere close to where I live. Appreciate any help.
My 5010 does everything it's supposed to except start and run. I checked the safety switch at the clutch pedal and it's good. I changed the relays under the hood, still nothing. New battery, still same. And no the PTO isn't on. I have never had a single problem at all with it, used it the other day and parked it in the barn as usual and came back a couple of days later and it won't crank over. I turned the key on and used a screwdriver to get the starter to turn but it won't start. I've checked the grounds, all good. It does everything right when I turn the key in ( glow plugs and fuel pump work perfectly) dash lights and outer lights bright as usual but when I hit start it clicks one time..... what am I missing?
