Helped with parts needed. The Hydraulic cylinder was upgraded which they saw but I didn't know. The updated cylinder needed new Hydraulic lines which I needed. Without the call from the sales staff alerting me for the need of new hydraulic lines I couldn't have gotten the tractor back up and running so soon. And saved about a week and a half because that's how long it would have taken to get the new lines. That's not to mention the headaches trying to get the old lines to work, which wouldn't have.

I still gave it a 5 even though I had to order the correct hydraulic hoses due to the moved fitting location on the steering cylinder. Just hope everything works as it should.
